real estate philippines

The Real Estate Philippines News Blog is an opinionated website about the world of Philippine Real Estate. It seeks to give the latest relevant news, education, facts and opinions about the Real Estate Philippines sector and many Philippine Properties for sale and for rent, whether they be condominiums, houses, lots, house and lots, townhouses, resorts, commercial spaces, warehouses, offices, or the industry as a whole. These insights would include both the good and some bad traits of each project, and you will be able to give your own opinions as well through our comment box. (Im trying to be as transparent as possible, so please bear with me for being somewhat Tactless and Frank folks…)

The author and admin, Terence V.N. Ong, is a licensed Philippine Real Estate Broker who passed his the licensure exam last 2006. He was a former in-house agent for Ayala Land and is currently an in-house agent of Eton Properties. He is mostly experienced in the field of Pre-selling Condos and Homes for 4 years already, but he will soon serve the Secondary Property Market as well and study Basic Construction, so feel free to ask about these topics as well for some insights and inputs for you… :-)

Terence also happens to be in the internet most of the day answering queries diligently and analyzing stocks to trade. When not working, he enjoys playing basketball, playin poker and chillin’ out with friends. He is a devout Roman Catholic Christian who loves life, his girlfriend, family, clients, good buddies, and sometimes even strangers.. (*work in progress po ito hehehe, as we are all human beings seeking perfection always)

  • Looking for feedback from homeowners says:

I’m inviting homeowners to share their experiences w/ the the Meridien Development and/or the Century Property Management Group on this thread. They develop and property manage sites in Fort Bonifacio, Makati, and Pasig, Philippines.

My family has painful stories to share regarding the incompetence & irresponsibility of these two groups. They’ve successfully defined POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE every step of the way. Reaching out to see if others have been wronged and how. I will post more specifics regarding numerous developer and property manager errors shortly.

Please note, the experience we had with the Century Properties Sales Office was top notch and should not be confused with the “Property Management” (post sales) portion of the business.
