I’m also a little confused with the monthly payment. It seems like it’s more than 50% higher than the remaining 80% balance even if we add the 10.5% interest rate. I admit that I’m no expert in calculations like this especially that this is going to be my first time buying if in case, so I would really appreciate it if you could shed some light about the computation matrix you sent me
