DLSU condominium: One Archers Place

One Archers Place is a pre-selling De La Salle University condominium, right beside the Andrew Gonzales Hall along Taft Avenue. It is developed by Eton Properties of Lucio Tan, a relatively new player in the Philippine Market but already a very experienced one in Hong Kong with several projects there since 1986. One Archers Place started selling at P1.4M at Tower 1, but now the cheapest units are already at P1.8M at One Archers West Tower 2, giving property appreciation already to earlier investors.

When the banner says that One Archers Place is an ideal investment opportunity, you should believe it because of the rental revenue potential it offers to investors. Not here in One Archers, in other condos i believe there are, although there might be a few left because the 2009-2010 school year is fast approaching and the DLSU student population has increased (along with the rest of the Philippine population). Going rates are from p8000 to 12000 for studios to 1 bedrooms in that area I believe…

The range of 8k to 12k applies if your unit is furnished/decorated or not. It will be up to you to decide the exact rate
