For starters, here are some very helpful tips and inputs you can learn from:

  • No Single Developer or Project is Completely Perfect, all of them have their respective strengths and weaknesses, BUT … There are properties out there that are IDEAL for you, which will depend on your taste, budget, work location, etc
  • You are investing BIG money and BIG savings/effort into your property which you earned through sweat and tears, so make sure you invest in a RELIABLE Project that has little or no delay in construction, has a good reputation, and has good maintenance so your investment is well protected. Not perfect, but very near it :-)
  • The only way for you to get an OBJECTIVE opinion on what property is really good for you is to do research on your own, which takes a lot of time and effort. I will try my best to reflect those unbiased opinions in this site, and please do verify whatever my opinions are by also doing your own research and investigations
