SM Berkeley is a NEW Ready-for-Occupancy Katipunan Condominium located right in front of Miriam College, Katipunan Ave Quezon City It is constructed by SM development, the same developer of the famous SM malls around the Philippines.
SM Berkeley is mostly composed of 20sqm studio and 1-bedroom units, primarily due to its target tenants of Miriam, Ateneo, and University of the Philippines students. Since it is strategically located right across the pedestrian-crossing bridge of Miriam, SM Berkeley obviously has a great location advantage especially as a Miriam condominium to rent.
When SM Berkeley first started to sell, units were priced at the p1.1M range. But now after a year, due to its great Katipunan location and the people’s trust in the SM development name, units are now priced at p1.8M for the same studio and 1 bedroom units! I found this out by visiting the model units at the 5th floor of SM Megamall. Congratulations to my clients who invested early in this project

SM Berkeley has 1 bdrooms and 2bdroooms for sale starting at P2M upwards. This condo is still preselling, and will be finished by Dec 2010 this year, so no units are for rent yet
