With regards to the man-made lake, Eton Properties will place aerators to ensure that the water is always moving and won’t breed mosquitos. Fishes and other water plants will also be placed, as well as special drainage systems which will make it flood-proof.

    This is a nice and unique project. :) can we go fishing here and is it open to the public or for homeowners only? If there is a lake, I heard that sometimes the usual problems the homeowners might encounter are mosquitoes, swimming rats and snakes. I hope there are some preventive measures. And I guess this is also near the ssh, is there any way the noise from the highway will be blocked like what other countries do?

    i think this is a motorized lake, to keep the flow of the water running to prevent mosquitoes. not sure with rats and snakes though :D

    that’s right mr. Tony! there are errators all over the lake to make sure mosquitos cannot thrive there. And yes, you can go fishing there, we will put fish :-) But only to Lot owners and their guests since this is an exclusive high-end village. Opening it to the public will degrade it, so watch out for that in other properties…

    With regards to the highway, there is space between the boundary of SLEX and the nearest village road, which is as wide as one road itself. There will also be trees planted along that boundary to absorb the noise..

    Would you like to know the investment terms for a Sample Lot? No other development can boast of such a 35 hectare beautiful lake.. :-)

    Can you please quote price and availability of lots either lake front or not and how much would it cost to build a house let’s say approx. 300 sqm floor area.
    Also let us know if you have any financing available for 1 to 2 years payment @ 0%, discounts avaialable both cash and on 2 years term and calculation would be much appreciated.

    My son bought a lot here … visited the site late in July 2011 ,,, concrete road around the lake is almost finish ..
    Model house ( on one of the island lots ) is around 80 % completed ,,, saw one house also under contruction in a lake front lot …
    Hope that Eton will also start the clubhouse construction within this year (2011).. This wil be a great boost for more prospective buyers..

    Any new updates as far as the constructions are concerned? I bought a lot at South Lake village, Lake front lot. Last ime I visit was May of 2011 and was told that turn over will be this coming October. However from what I can see, there is a lot more constructions to be accomplish such as the re alignment of the river and the perimeter roads not mentioning the gate and ythe club house. My wife and I are really excited about moving back to the PHIL AND HAVING eTON AS OUR retirement home. Need to see some more development
